In his restaurant in Gujan-Mestras, very close to the Oyster-Farming Museum, Cayouckette – a seagull in the local dialect – welcome his visitors in a typical cabin with a nice terrace and a beautiful view on the Port de Larros in the city of Gujan-Mestras. You will enjoy fine and delicate oysters from Arcachon (as well as from the Cap Ferret and the Banc d’Arguin) produced by himself.
Cayouckette is a wine lover. He has made an excellent selection of liquids that will go wonderfully with his oysters. You will love it.
